| The Suburbs
Welcome to the suburbs! They offer decently sized housing (typically two-floors) for everyone and anyone that has the money to live here.

Not too far away from the suburban area of the city lies the major apartment complexes within Cleveland. There are two buildings, each with plenty of rooms.

| The Forest
At the edge of Cleveland that is not bordered by a lake, there lies a massive forest. It does not come in contact with much of the city, seeing that it is fairly desolate, however it is not too far near the apartment complexes and the Council building.

| John Patterson High School (3 sub-boards)
Although there is one other highschool within Cleveland, this is the one that is closest to both downtown and the suburbs, and thus the one most relevant. It is considered the best highschool in the city.

| The Grounds
The new watcher's council in Cleveland very much appears like a boarding school. The grounds are somewhat large, matching the size of the school. Behind the building, near the edge of the forests, some slayers choose to use that area to train.

| Training Rooms
Although some of the slayers choose to train outdoors, several of the rooms within the Council have been converted to training rooms, fully equipped with weights, punching bags, and weapons.

| Meeting Rooms
When the members of the Council are faced with trouble, they meet in one of the few meeting rooms and discuss any important matters. These rooms are also used for any classes that involve a large number of people.

| The Dorms (9 sub-boards)
In a seperate, second building that was originally created to house boarding school students, the slayers and any others use the rooms as dorms if they don't have a place to liv on their own.

| The Library
Although not as massive as any of the other councils' libraries, this library has demonic reference books, spell books, and more, maybe even a watcher's diary or two.

| Coven
As part of the Council's expansion, witches (as well as slayers) have been taken in as part of a coven. This is the meeting room where all of the coven's activity takes place.

| Storage Rooms
Two of the rooms have been used as storage rooms. In these rooms there are several artifacts that have been collected from various vampires and demons, as well as a few prophecy scrolls. Most of the stuff in here is rarely ever used however.

| The Lab
There has been a lab set up in the basement of the building. It is used as a research lab by several of the watchers, but also as a medical center for anyone who gets injured.

| The Offices
In the Council, there are a few select rooms set aside as offices for some of the head watchers and any other people that are crucial in the maintenance of the Council.

| Club Dice
This is the safest and hottest spot to be at in Cleveland. It is an all age club, and is easy to get in too, but anyone under the age of 21 is stamped at entry.

| Olympia Diner
This diner, although typically known for its breakfast, has amazing food through out the day, and is open twenty-four hours. It is a favorite frequent of slayers after a patrol.

| Warehouse District (1 sub-board)
Just on the edge of the lake, the warehouse district is a shady place to be in the middle of the night. A lot of drug dealing goes on here, as this area of town is pretty much abandoned. Also, look out for vampire nests!

| Saint John's Church (1 sub-board)
This is an old-fashioned Catholic church, and has been around for several years, having become one of the most popular in this area of Cleveland. It is complete with a large graveyard in the back, completely fenced off.

| The Streets
These are the streets of downtown cleveland, notably more dangerous at night than they are during the day. However, the plus side is that there isn't much traffic as most people take to walking.

Compare to the rest of town, this park is paradise. It is often frequented by several people on the weekends, however is not very crowded during the week.

| The Sewers
This is the sewer system that runs underneath the entire city. Parts of it are filled with dump and waste, while other parts are not as dirty and are used by vampires during the day.

| The Mall
Recently a new strip mall has been built in the center of town. With a range from clothing stores to music stores, it not only serves it place as a shopping center but as a teenage hangout.

| Police Station
If you get in trouble, its more than likely that you'll be taken here. It is where you turn yourself in for a crime unless you were unwillingly placed under arrest. It also serves as a prison for those waiting to be put on trial.

| Cleveland General Hospital
This is the central hospital in Cleveland, and is thus the busiest. Come here if you have an injury or threatening sickness.

This is a small shop, open to the public but only visited by a small amount of people. This is the place where practicing witches can get all of their magic needs.

| The Rest of Cleveland
Even though the Council is mostly concerned with the downtown area of Cleveland - the area that nobody's heard about - there is more of Cleveland than just that. Visit the tourist attractions, the main city; there's so much more left.
