(OOC- I just took the last part from the Kyra post in the "Cleveland National Airport" thread since it pertains to this thread)
After a while the cab arrived at their destination. Kyra looked up at her building, and gave a sigh of relief. "Home." She said, without realizing it. She motioned for Holly to get out, and helped her with the suitcase. Once they were all out, Kyra paid the cab driver the 25 dollars that they had accrued. She was actually happy that the cab driver had hurried and not pried into their business. With his payment in tow the cab driver left.
Kyra hooked her arms into Holly's and Tristyn's. "Let's go. I'm starving, and I'm sure we could all use a shower." Kyra smiled at them both in turn and then lead them to the building and up the stairs to the second floor. The reached door 14, and Kyra had to rummage in her pockets for the key. She found it and opened the door, inviting them in. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tristyn walked into Kyra's house a little hesitantly, she had never been there before and it was always a bit of a strange experience going into someone's house for the first time. "A shower, yeah I could use one." She wouldn't take on there, she would need clothes to change into afterwards. She had time, they were just going to wait for Nathan... and there was probably going to be some sort of "Get to know you" talk while they waited.
Tristyn wasn't really looking forward to that part, especially after the recent events in her life but if Holly was going to help her at any point in the near future then she would need to know something about her life.
"Hey Kyra I'll be back in a few minutes, well about fifteen...minutes." She closed her eyes and dropped her head down feeling the pull of the elements on her as she teleported out.
Tristyn arrived at her apartment and jumped in the shower washing quickly and then dressing just as fast in a fresh pair of jeans and a black scoop neck shirt that was a little big on her. She ran a brush through her hair and left it down.
She teleported back to Kyra's in exactly fifteen minutes "I figured I could shower and change at my house, saves time." was all she said by way of explanation. Tristyn smiled a little and sat down on the couch, it was just her, Kyra and Holly now.

Holly rode along with her friend Kyra and Tristyn who she just met. The cab ride was quiet, since no body really wanted to talk about what had happened in front of the cab driver. Then Tristyn told Kyra that they should go to Kyra's apartment, and that Nathan would know where they went. Afterwards however she got out a cell phone and made a call. From what Holly overheard it was to a place called the Council. It was muffled, but Holly could hear that the voice on the other end was male, and most likely older.
She heard Tristyn say that she wanted to leave a message for Nathan if he should stop by there. It sounded like the man on the other end had offered to help, but Tristyn turned him down and hung up abruptly. Holly could tell that she didn't like who she had talked to. It was none of Holly's business however so she stayed quiet.
Once they reached what Holly assumed was Kyra's apartment, they got out and Kyra paid the driver. Then Kyra said something, but it was too low for Holly to hear. Then Holly felt Kyra's arm through her left arm, linking them together. She watched as Kyra linked her left arm into Tristyn's right. Then she looked forward and said, "Let's go. I'm hungry, and I'm sure we could all use a shower."
Holly nodded and then smiled at Kyra as they started walking and they went into the building, going to the second floor. Holly had a little of a struggle getting her suitcase up, but she managed. Then they reached what could only be Kyra's door, which was soon to be Holly's as well. Holly felt a swell of excitement, she was looking forward to sharing the apartment with Kyra. She was also looking forward to that shower that Kyra had mentioned.
She watched as Kyra opened the door, and walked in. Holly followed suit, looking around in interest. She watched as Tristyn walked in slowly, like she thought something was gonna jump out at her. Holly shook her head, The poor thing, it's no wonder she is cautious. What with how her aura is. She must have been through hell. She thought as she set her suitcase down.
She walked over and flopped down onto the couch. "I am sooo tired. Will you need any help casting spells Kyra?" Holly hoped that she wouldn't. Holly was just too tired, she didn't think her magic would hold if she cast anything.

OOC- so i guess im still part of the other thread, Nathan tried to contact Tristyn in the airport thread so i'm posting a duplicate on here so you know whats going on

Tristyn was sitting on the couch trying not to feel awkward, she closed her eyes and leaned back on the couch almost in a resting state. She had already gone home and taken a shower, she tried to relax but she was still tense from the airport. All of her senses were still on high alert, they were muddled though, that made even worse. She frowned and opened her eyes, she felt something trying to get into her mind, almost like some was trying to contact her.
Tristyn closed her eyes again, the presence felt familiar. She opened her mind cautiously 'Tris, if you can hear me... teleport the wounded people out of here."
She frowned, and answered him in her head "I've never done that before, I've only transported myself. I've never even taken anyone with me." she didn't even know if she could transport anyone if she was right next to them "If I was going to even try I'd have to do it in person. How many are there?" She had to try, or there would be more killed in vain.
Her eyes opened and she snapped to get the girls attention "Nathan's contacting me"

Kyra had made sure everyone was in the apartment, then checked the hallway to make sure they hadn't been followed. She didn't see anyone, so she nodded to herself and shut the door. To her suggestion that everyone might need or want to take a shower, Tristyn answered that she would teleport to her own place to take one. That she would be back in about 15 minutes, she had been true to her word. Leaveing by teleportation, but returning in the appointed time.
While Kyra and Holly waited for Tristyn to return, Kyra made a pot of coffee. The smell of the drink brewing made Kyra's nerves calm down slightly. She breathed it in deeply, she enjoyed the smell of freshly brewed coffee. When the coffee was ready, she poured a cup for herself. Carrying it with her as she went back into the living room and sat down on a cushioned chair. She tucked one of her legs under her weight, it was a habit of hers. Once she was seated comfortably, she told Holly that she could get a cup if she wanted.
When Tristyn teleported back, she sat down beside Holly on the large couch. Once she did so, Holly asked, "Will you need any help casting spells Kyra?" Kyra thought about it for a moment and was ready to answer when Tristyn exclaimed that Nathan was contacting her telepathically. This made Kyra forget about Holly's question, since she was still worried about Nathan. Kyra shifted her weight on the couch so she would be on the edge of the chair. "What is he saying, Tristyn?" Kyra asked in a worried tone.

Tristyn kept her eyes closed, she was sitting absolutely still trying to calm her nerves. What Nathan was asking of her seemed near impossible, she had never done anything like that before not to mention it would be a huge drain on her power that was already unsteady.
"What is he saying, Tristyn?"
Tristyn opened her eyes frowning up at Kyra "I guess everyone didn't get out of the airport, and I guess those witch-hunters don't care about civilians. There's casualties, he wants me to teleport the victims to the hospital. But he wants me to do it from here, I've never taken anyone with me much less moved something remotely." she stood up and started pacing "I don't even know if I have enough power to do that."
She knew she had to try but she was afraid it wouldn't work and she wouldn't be able to help Nathan at all, her mind felt Nathan again and she stopped walking going still "Hang on he's contacting me again."
Thank God!, he thought. I know you can... even from there... Tristyn, you're the most powerful witch I've ever met... I need about 10 wounded people to be teleported out of here, at once. I know you can....
"He says there's about ten people, he says I can do it." she half smiled incredulously "He's crazy. Ten people all at once." she started pacing again "I gotta try though, but I don't even know how."
She closed her eyes again "Nate I need you to channel your sight to me for a moment, I need to know what they at least look like so I have some sort of visual for my mind's eye to focus on. Just open your mind and focus your gaze on the wounded and I'll see them, I just need that for about thirty seconds. If you can get away from those guys for that long."
Her faced creased in worry, "I might need to pull power from you guys, I don't know of any other way to do that. Most of the power will come from me but ten people is quite a bit not to mention remote teleportation." Tristyn opened her eyes and look at the two other witches "I know its a lot to ask but I may need to borrow some of your power." She didn't know of any other way.

Kyra watched as Tristyn started to freak out over Nathan's plight and his request for her to teleport about 10 people who were getting hurt by the wierd monks. Kyra had made a cup of coffee, since she had a need for caffeine. It helped to rejuvinate her powers and her spirit some how. She had found that something as simple as coffee could do this for her two years ago.
She wondered if it was that way for all witches or just her. Kyra took another sip of her coffee and looked at Tristyn. It seemed that the only way for the innocent people to be safe was for them to gather up their power and lend it to Tristyn so she could teleport all the people. Even though Kyra was sure she would be able to conjure a few of them. She voiced her thouhgts to Tristyn in hopes of bringing some of the burden off of her. "I can help if you want me to. I can conjure some of the people, if Nathan tells you what they look like. That way you won't have to move as many people. Then after I am done I will lend you my power." Kyra thought it was a good idea, and hoped that Tristyn would go for it.
After all any help was better then none right? Kyra knew that Holly wouldnt be of much help in this. Her powers dealt more in the inner workings of people, not in moving them. That and she was wiped out from traveling and then arriving to find evil in their midst. It was alot to take in, and it tended to take alot out of you if you weren't used to how the Hellmouth worked. Kyra still remembered her first week, she had been so happy to help out, but soon found that living near a Hellmouth took it's toll on you. She could tell that people were affected by the evil that emmenated from the Hellmouth. It bogged them down with darkness. Making them more tired then normal. Kyra hoped that having Holly there would help to keep everyone around her from slipping into evil. Since she would be able to see their auras if and when they were being infected.

Tristyn nodded "I just need you to join hand with me so we can link ourselves together." her eyes went blank as she felt images from Nathan's eyes coming to her, she reached out and touched Kyra's forehead sharing the images with her "Thats it."
"Tristyn, we got to do this quickly,"
Tristyn answered Nathan "I'm on it." She took her hand away from Kyra and said "We've got to do this fast, they're in a pretty bad way and those guys are having fun hurting them."
She frowned slightly as Nathan spoke to her again; "Tristyn, please hurry... move those people... to a hospital... outside... somewhere... but please hurry... They don't have much longer, and apparently...Damn it!" [i/]
[i]"Stop talking to me and fight those guys, I'm going to get Kyra to help me. If it works you'll see people disappear. If not...don't worry about it." She cut off the connection to Nathan and held her hands out to Kyra "Hurry we don't have much time."
She needed to focus on the task at hand, she didn't know if she could do what Nathan was asking of her but she thought she had a much better chance at doing it with Kyra' help. he hadn't done anything that required major power usage since she was with Kara, she hoped it didn't affect her in a negative way.

Kyra set her cup of coffee down on the side table beside the chair she was sitting in. Tristyn said, "I just need you to join hands with me so we can link ourselves together." With that Kyra stood up and walked over to stand in front of Tristyn. Before they linked hands however, Tristyn recieved another vision from Nathan. Kyra could see the difference in Tristyn's eyes. Then Tristyn reached towards Kyra and put a few fingers on Kyra's forehead, sharing the images through Kyra's telepathic ability.
It looked like Tristyn was recieving another vision from Nathan after she took her fingers away from Kyra's forehead. Then she said, "We've got to do this fast, they're in a pretty bad way and those guys are having fun hurting them." This made Kyra angry, she didn't like people who liked to hurt others. Kyra watched as Tristyn recieved another vision from Nathan, and then Tristyn said that they needed to hurry. Tristyn reached out her hands, and Kyra took them in hers. She could feel their powers linking together. Merging slightly, they didn't merge completely however. It was like something was holding back from linking all the way on Tristyn's part. Kyra figured it was a protection precaution or something.
Kyra started to focus on the images of the people needing to be conjured to the hospital, but then a thought struck her. What if we arent powerful enough to transport the people that far, should we have them come here and then take them to the hospital? Kyra wasn't sure, so she voiced her worry to Tristyn. "What if we aren't powerful enough to transport the people all the way to the hospital? Should we transport them here and then we take them to the hospital?" Kyra hoped that Tristyn would know the answer.

Tristyn was about to close her eyes to focus on moving the injured but Kyra spoke; "What if we aren't powerful enough to transport the people all the way to the hospital? Should we transport them here and then we take them to the hospital?"
She shook her head firmly "We can't do that, it'll be okay, I'm sure we can do that. Just close your eyes and let me do the rest." she needed Kyra to believe that they could do it because her thoughts wouldn't help Tristyn. When their powers were linked she could feel Kyra's energy and her feeling of doubt wouldn't help Tristyn's own doubt about what they were about to do. She needed to push all the negative thoughts away so that she could focus on helping the wounded people.
"Please just believe that we can do this, its the only way." she half smiled at Kyra trying to get her to believe that it would be alright. They needed to hurry "We've got to hurry okay?"

Kyra was still holding Tristyn's hands while they talked about Kyra's doubt. Tristyn smiled reassuringly and said that she knew they would be able to transport the people. That Kyra just needed to believe it too. She also said that they really needed to hurry. Kyra knew that time was against them, so she smiled with Tristyn and then nodded. She felt a little better about the feat they were going to perform.
"Alright, let's help Nathan." Kyra said, after all that is what this is about. Helping to keep Nathan from losing any innocents to the bad guys. Kyra was worried about Nathan having to fight, but she couldn't let that effect how she performed with Tristyn. Kyra just had to believe that Nathan knew what he was doing, and that he wouldnt entrust this big of a spell on Tristyn and Kyra if he didn't think they could do it. This helped to give Kyra more confidence in her magic. Knowing that Nathan believed in her and her friend Tristyn. It was almost all she needed to focus harder on the spell.
Kyra remembered the people that Tristyn had showed her. She focused on picturing those people in a safe place, a place of healing. Which was what a hospital was for, to help patients heal and get better. Kyra could feel a slight pull on her powers as her focus became sharper and she could see vividly the people arriving safely in the hospital. She could tell also that Tristyn's powers were doing something as well. Which meant that her part of the spell was working as well. Kyra felt a surge of more power at the thought of working with her friend. That was the part of magic that Kyra loved, knowing that working together can create wonderful things.

"Lets help Nathan."
Tristyn nodded and closed her eyes calming her mind and focusing on the images she had seen through Nathan's earlier. She felt Kyra's power and her own coming together to form a magic circle of protection around the wounded people.
Tristyn started to feel the pull of the elements on her as she normally did when she teleported but instead of pulling them in towards herself she projected them around the wounded people. In her mind she moved them towards the hospital's emergency room. She felt her knees weaken as power drained out of her and poured towards a group of people miles away. She had never done anything on this scale before.
Her grip on Kyra's hands tightened as she saw the wounded begin to disappear from the airport, it was like she was there with them directing them from the same room. She saw the fight happening around her, Nathan and the witch hunters battled as the wounded disappeared from around them.
Tristyn's eyes opened, she could feel the power draining out of her, she clenched her jaw "You can do this, only a few more to go." she felt anger surge through her as she felt herself weakening. Her eyes blackened and she pushed with all her might as the last of the people disappeared from the airport. She felt herself floating between the airport and Kyra's house. Her feet were firmly planted on the floor her consciousness was elsewhere.
The airport was not empty except for Nathan and his opposers, Tristyn began to return to her body but right before she left she sent a blast towards the witch hunters trying to stun them and give Nathan the advantage. She didn't know if it would work but since she wasn't actually there she thought perhaps the witch hunters couldn't defend themselves against it. But she wanted to try and help before she returned to her body.
She contacted Nathan one last time "Alright they're gone. Go to it."
She felt herself return to her body and she sighed as the rage left her and her eyes cleared "Its done." She released Kyra's hands feeling her knees wobble, "Wow I didn't think we could do it." Tristyn looked down feeling something drip on to her hand; blood. She reached up and felt her nose "Great, I just changed into these clothes."

Kyra had her eyes closed as they worked the spell, she could tell that teleporting the people from the airport to the hospital was takeing its toll on their powers. Draining them to the point that they would have to use some of their physical energy to compensate. While Kyra was doing her part to transport the people, Kyra could feel a sense of unease. Like Tristyn wasn't completely grounded as she should be.
Kyra tried to help keep Tristyn's essence from completely being let loose. If that happened there was a chance that Tristyn's spirit would never come back. Her body would basically be in a coma. Kyra didn't want that to happen. As soon as Kyra was done with her part, she focused on Tristyn. On keeping Tristyn grounded, and also lending some more power to Tristyn since she was the one moving the most people.
After they finished the spell Kyra felt woozy and light headed like she would faint. She put her hand to her head to try and calm her nerves. She looked at Tristyn and could see that Tristyn's nose was bleeding. Before Kyra could say anything Tristyn said, "Wow I didn't think we could do it." Afterwards she must have noticed her bloody nose because she reached up to feel it and said "Great, I just changed into these clothes." With that she passed out and started to fall. Kyra wasn't in a postion to catch Tristyn so she moved a pillow from the couch onto the floor. So Tristyn would land on something soft.
Kyra looked up at Holly and said, "Will you help me lift her onto the couch? I am wiped out and can't do it by myself." Holly agreed to help and they lifted Tristyn, Kyra had the top half and Holly the bottum half. Once they got Tristyn onto the couch Kyra went into the kitchen and got a towel and wet it. She used it to help clean off Tristyn's face and try to staunch the bleeding. It worked after a while, and Kyra decided to let Tristyn rest on her couch. She turned to Holly, "I need a nap, how about you? I can show you to your room."
